(1) In accordance with applicable law, a customer making a remote purchase, outside the showroom, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods without giving any reason or incurring costs. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods expires 14 days after the day of receipt of the shipment with the Goods ordered by you or receipt of the electronic coupon. The direct costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Customer.(2) In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods, you must inform TajskieSPA of your decision to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods by an unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you.Withdrawal from the contract of sale of Goods is made by sending an email with cancellation to: kontakt@thaim.pl.
(3) No refunds will be made after 14 days of receipt of the shipment or electronic voucher.
(4) The seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not incur any costs for him.
5 There is no guarantee on gift cards as such. There is, however, a guarantee on the service sold in the form of gift cards. The entire guarantee for the services sold is provided by Mythaispa sp. z o.o. sp. kom.
